What to Expect at our Brisbane Heels Dance Classes
In Our Heels Dance classes, we wear our favs heels and experiment with Hip Hop, Jazz Dance, and Contemporary elements.
Our heels classes explore sensual, fun and sexy moves while focusing on strong heels foundation technique.
Apart from learning basic heels dance moves, we will be working on strengthening your core & lower body muscles to improve your posture and stability while dancing on heels.
Things to Consider
What Should I wear to Heels Dance Classes?
- Clothing you feel comfortable and confident moving in.
- Heeled boots or stilettos
- Well-made heels with ankle support are best, we recommend VAMP Heels.
- No unsafe heels please – wedges or strappy heels with no support
